Can I use this magicjack on my desktop and laptop?And thanks to all that help me before.

Sure you can move the magicJack to the laptop and then move it to the desktop. I suggest leave a magicJack on the desktop and get another Jack to use with the laptop as a mobile magicJack. :D

What is AlaninKY said is exactly what I do. I keep one on the desktop at home and use one at the office on my laptop. I use the CallerID Spoofer so no matter which one I'm on, the person on the other end thinks I'm calling from my cell phone. It saves those precious anytime minutes, maintains a consistent identity, and works great.

BTW, I tried the Grand Central thing but it's too unnerving to have two or three phones on my desk all ringing with the same incoming number.
