Is there a way to set up a voice mail menu? For example if someone calls then the voice mail picks and and says for Sales press 1, for Support press 2, etc
And after the person hits 2, Then it rings diffrent depending on the number they hit

voice mail issue on changing the default Voice
Info found in FAQS on there site.
The simple answer is no not at this time you can't change the message from what I read. BUT IF you add a regular answering machine that you can have grab the call on the 2nd or 3 ring it could work. MJ default is 4 rings, so beat the rings with a good ole answering machine that has the features you want

Remember how much you hated Bill Gates as he slept with our green under his pillow. I refuse to downgrade to vista. Anything new has growing pains. lets feed it and see what happens
you can try using http://www.TollFreeForwarding.com?referrer=85522 as an intermediary between the caller and the receiving number, they have a voice prompt system "please dial the extension of the party you wish to talk to" option and you can assign different ring-to destinations
ie
ext 100 MJ1
ext 101 MJ2
ext 103 MJ3
ext 104 MJ4
ext 105 Cell 1
ext 106 Land line
they also have an option to forward all calls after a time you specify to a number of your choosing
is calls after 5pm and before 9am go to MJ1 only
only draw back at this time, is you cant record your own menu, so they would need to know the extension before they call
give it a try, 10day free trial..
so if you cant make it work in your setup you can cancel it,
