MJ automatically has no dial tone

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me with my problem. I have my MJ plugged directly into the usb port on the computer. When I reboot the machine, I can get MJ to work with no problems. However the problem is about 12 hours later, the phone will go back to having that noise when the MJ has power going to it, but before the software fully loads to finally get the dial tone.

I tried to have it "restart" but that doesn't help & the only way to get it to work again to end task for MJ & to physically unplug & plug MJ back into the computer.

Please Help

I have the same trouble but sometimes I have a dial tone but an error saying connect to the internet and double click here (Error 3) but I am on the net I restart MJ I plug and unplug MJ and even restart the machine, eventually I can get it to work. Any ideas?
