I so wanted MJ to work. The first MJ I received was defective no sound no connection just plan dead. After 2 days of trying I finally was able to get someone on the Chat Live??????I was told to send it back and a replacement would be sent no charge. I ordered MJ first part of May and returned it before the 30 days was up for replacement and they charged me when they shouldn't have. I received the replacement MJ
after following all the technical suggestions (and I mean all) the humming sound has not gone away. I even purchased a new phone. I have a Mac OS X 10.5.2 leopard. They assured me that I would not need an upgrade (beta) and it should work fine. This evening I have spent 3 hours plus trying to get someone to help me via the Chat Live I have chatted with and been disconnected and left in the middle of a chat with nothing solved. I chatted with Stela, Ezekiel, Malik and Regem. Frustrated I have placed a dispute with my credit card company. They told me that I have 2 charges for the MJ. Looking at my statement online I was able to find a phone number 561-594-2140 I called and since I am on the west coast I will have to call tomorrow. The recording stated if I wanted to speak to someone to call 281-404-1551 between the hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. est. I will do so in the a.m. don't know if this is reliable number as I have called it and no recording. Anyone looking for this number can check your credit card statement look at the MJ charge following it you will find this number. I have read some of the posted subject and I find that some have great success while others are just as frustrated and disappointed as I am. Hope these numbers will help in some way.
