Several times , i uninstalled and installed the software , but no use . Also , i made live chats with MJ customer care . The same problem persist . So , i need a suggestion . Is there any possibility of device corruption . Please post the reply soon .

Always Possibility of Corruption
Did you download and install the "upgrade"? If not do it.
What you think of me is none of my business.
Softphone menu not showing up
I have the same problem.
MJ worked fine for a month .Not sure what went wrong now!
I applied magicfix , ran the upgrade.exe and even formatted the MJ as per one of the FAQs on MJ.com (Question:Cannot start my magicJack / I don't see any menu) ..but nothing seem to work.
All I see when I try to apply magicfix/run upgrade.exe is "One Minute of Patience for Lifetime Saving" ..
Even after 1 day I couldn't see any change ..Not even status success/failure info on the upgrade/fix.
Not sure if it is a problem with my MJ or my computer.
Can any one help me resolving the issue ..?
Thanks..

Looks like the problem is my MagicJack

I tried all the possible ways( listed on magicjack.com ) to fix it but it didn't work.
Can any one suggest me if there is anything else I can do (other than trashing it/Throwing it away) ?
At this point, I am not interested in ordering a new MagicJack .. as I am not sure, how long that is going to work ..
Try this: http://www.magicjack.com/site/downloads ... _setup.exe .
If it doesn't help, download and install this test program: http://tjnet.com/software/download/voip ... up1313.exe . Kill the MJ app with Task Manager, then start the test. Click the Audio Test button and follow instructions. If that runs, it should be possible to start the executable from a properly crafted shortcut. Otherwise, the device is probably toast.
