Have had MJ running with no problem on W2K3 server for a couple of months, macine is never switched off. This morning received several Windows updates and then machine restarted.
When the machine came back up MJ started OK and then took an MJ upgrade, MJ shut down then came back up said I had been upgraded then reports No output/input audio devices found! and will not work.
Removed all the KB's that had installed but it still reports no audio devices. Phone has audio tone and dialer works OK but software will not send or receive, just produces that message.
Not sure what version it upgraded to - where do I find that info.
Want to back out to last version - how is that done?. Even better maybe to remove it all and start again - how is that done??
Any help much appreciated. Apart from this it has worked with no problems and has been in daily usage for international calling to Europe.
Thanks Peter
MJ update appears to have disabled it.

Guess the issue is that the latest upgrade expects you to have an audio card in the system.
I am running it on a server class machine that does not have any sound card in it and that appears to be what the softphone software is complaining about. Am also using W2k3.
Would be nice to be able to revert to the old version that worked with no issues. Does anybody know how to do this. Also I guess if that could be done I would like to know how to supress the unsolicited upgrade that breaks it.
Interesting the way the registration server went down around 9pm Eastern last night and didn't come back until 8am today. Doesn't give you the warm and fuzzies about stability and reliability.
