911 on MJ Gone whats going on!
I don't have any problems with MJ at all. Actually it works like a charm. However today there is no 911 at all on softphone and all is clueless, Here is what my softphone looks like and however everything else is perfect. Anyone have a clue?

Missing 911 info. on soft phone.
Yesterday I also rec'd the 'Not connected. No 911 info. available available' message on my soft phone. Live person told me the engineers were 'working on it'. Today there was no message at all on my soft phone. When accessing live person today, I put 911? in the subject line, and this message automatically came up. 'If you are receiving a message stating "Not connected, No 911 info available.", please do not worry. 911 is working properly.' A live person confirmed 911 is working and eventually that info. will return to the soft phone.

I read somewhere a few months back Dan was working on having the magicJack to find where you are with the magicJack automatically for 911 service without having to manually setup 911. Maybe this has been done?

I'm not being facetious. I'm one of those early adopters and ever the optimist, so I'm taking this as a sign that dev is hard at work behind the scenes making the MJ better than ever.

911 on MJ Gone whats going on!
I have a similar MJ issue I think. About June 18th I received an unrequested update. It said I was lucky but I don't see it that way. From that time on, most of the time (95%) I get no 911 number and about 75% of the time the left panel of ads is blank. Sometimes if I close out MJ and click on the icon I get everything. I reloaded the "update" but nothing changed. In addition the the above, I will get the famous "We are sorry but we'll have to shut you down..etc.". If I drag the drop down to the bottom of the screen, out of the way MJ works like normal without ads or 911.
I have not gone to support for "help" since I have figured out how to Mickey Mouse the system. Has anyone elsehad a similar experience?
TIA,
Carl
