no longer works - help
Help I purchased MJ 2.5 mnths ago - worked ok (not 100% ) during the trial period - now it continues to reboot - have been online with their unhelpful tech support for over 5 hrs total - 2 days ago they got it work - have deleted the software, have reformated the drive, etc --- pc went off due to power last night now will not work - very frustrating the splash screen shows in the middle of my screen and you cannot delete. I get errors from warning you must plug mj into usb, to ERROR broken storage. I'm so fed up with this - not being able to talk to anyone - etc. They assure me I won't have to pay for yr 2 - which I won't - this is so frustrating. Any suggestions? (the ERROR BROKEN STORAGE) was happening when i was online to tech support - then it worked for about 12 hours until my power went out and the pc went down. my opinion this is a piece of crap I wish I hadn't purchased.
