The Old Upgrade was 7.11mb in size and the New Upgrade is 8.39mb in size.

Does anyone know what was upgraded? Does outgoing volume sound louder for those who had that issue?
I have not tested it yet myself with any calls for audio quality.
The only thing I have noticed with the Upgrade is the OK and CANCEL buttons are missing from the volume control setting.
Just an X there now to x out of it.
