911 Finally Showed Up

Have had magic jack now for about 3 weeks - kept looking for the 911 Dot to turn Green - finally did, so I now have 911 service. Isn't life grand? when you have a "little bundle of joy" named Magic Jack

Mine took a little while too. Now that I have it, I wish I could delete it, but then again, I'm not using mine as my only phone. It's just a toy for me.

My 911 also showed up. It took several days.

I had to do a fomate and upgrade to get my 911 to work it is working fine now

When I purchased my MJ about a month ago, everything was fine including the 911. About a week ago, they did some kind of upgrade and it got messed up and wouldn't appear on my softphone. About a day later, there was another update and it has been working since then.

Since this is a new product, I expect to see more minor glitches as time goes on......as users of MJ, we are all beta testers and will have to put up with these issues as they improve their servers, etc.

As long as I can continue to make or recieve calls, I can put up with these minor issues.
