How can I get my phone to show the incomiing caller when i'm on the phone.

Presently, the MagicJack software does not support CIDCW, though it is planned for a future release. However, you can see the number of the waiting caller on the softphone screen.

And how to use the phone on three way calling.

Currently, this works only on incoming. When you are speaking with one incoming caller and have one on hold, press ## to form a three-way call.

But when i get the incoming call , I lose the first one, cause when i switch back, i can hear the caller but he won't hear me.

THAT IS NOT 3 WAY CALLING IF I CAN'T INITIATE A 3-WAY CALL!
IT'S A CONFERENCE CALL AT BEST BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN INCOMING CALL AND THEN WHEN SOMONE ELSE CALLS YOU , YOU PUT THE FIRST PARTY ON HOLD AND THEN GET THE SECOND PARTY ON THE LINE, THEN YOU HAVE TO HIT** HOW IS THAT A 3- WAY CALL .....IT IS A CONFERENCE CALL IF YOU DON'T LOSE THE FISRT PARTY WHICH HAPPENS FREQUENTLY.
