MJ I can call some #'s but others no ring just dial tone

I can call out to some #'s but others just return a dial tone instead of a ring. Anybody have a clue? This seems to be intermittent.

I can receive calls today but no call out. I wonder if the MJ servers are down

No problems here today calling out, try to make a call just using your softphone and a headset.
