cannot make outgoing calls

i woke up this morning and i cannot make outgoing calls. i can call my voicemail and i can recieve calls. i have had magic jack for several months without any problems,, but now i cannot, make outgoing calls. when i try to make a call i get a beep beep beep then it hangs up please help.

Try making a call using your softphone and using a headset.....if this works, your MJ or phone could be the issue.
