caller ID with grandcentral

Does caller ID work if you are going through grandcentral. Not showing on my phone unless they dial my magicjack number. If it does what could my problem be. Got my magicjack plugged directly into my usb, haven't wired the home yet for phones. Thanks

Grandcentral passes the caller ID to my Magicjack and hand set just fine. My jack is plugged directly into a thin client and I have some Radio Shack portable phone plugged into that.

Check GC settings. Both work as they should with my MJ.
* Display Caller's number; I will know who's calling before picking up (default)
* Display my GrandCentral number; I will know if the call came through my GrandCentral number
