Anytime MJ is set to call forward caller receive a "All Circuits Are Busy" message or sometimes nothing. As you can imagine there is No one in Tech Support offering a solution other than the Unplug and update which has nothing to do with the feature which is handled on their end.
Please anyone know a solution or who to contact or what to say to solve this problem.
I've guessed that when I purchased the unit I registered a 615 area code... and then changed it to a 404... problem started.
Telling this to CS results in more stupid questions like what is my OS etc... (Hours of wasted time...hours)
Also VM messages left are garbled have the time! Any clue as to why on this as well?
Thanks in advance!

Customer "No" Service is no help on this... My guess after hours and hours of frustration and research is simply that whatever server or system they use to process Call Forwarding is way overloaded for the area code(s) we have.
My hope is that the company intends to upgrade to serve its customers as promised... if not we've truly got what we paid for.
Do not expect any help from CS on the issue as they only read a script and even begging for second tier results in the same runaround. After hours of finger gymnastics on the keyboard and pure frustration they will simply tell you that the engineering department has been made aware of your problem and except a solution and email within 24-48 hour... neither of which come.
