I apologize for bumping this, but I have tried everything to figure out why I'm not getting emails notifying me that I have voicemails. It worked the first time I left myself a voicemail to test it out, but now - nothing. If this is covered somewhere on the board, I apologize, but I did search, and I can't find anyone else with this issue. Anyone?
Also, I have found tonight that I can't seem to change my options from telephone to headset. I wanted to try to listen to my voicemails using the softphone through the speaker, but I can't hear anything. I searched the board, and it indicated I should try changing to headset for speakers, but when I try to click the radiobutton - it doesn't allow me to change it from telephone to headset, nor will the arrow bring down the dropdown box for any of the three options.
I do love the MJ overall, but these two things are frustrating.
Thanks in advance,
Rene'

MJ's fix for non-receipt of voicemail email notification
Well, nobody here, I guess, could answer my question, so I thought I would post what I found out about not receiving email notifications of voicemails just in case someone else has this issue.
Apparently, this was a glitch on the Magicjack end. After three hours - yes three hours - on chat support with MJ (the first support guy being a total boob), it was determined that my MJ account had to be "refreshed" on their end. Once this was done, the voicemail emails began to appear again.
So if this happens to you, ask MJ to refresh your account if you are sure that you have the radiobox option checked for receiving email notification in your account setup.
