how to downgrade magicjack

i am getting "waiting for proxy registration" error. to solve this problem i tried to downgrade the magicjack since upgrade was getting error.

I tried to downgrade the magic jack software from the link
http://67.106.133.212/upgrade/200712210 ... pgrade.exe

but even for this downgrade it complains that "version of OS is not compatible". Does anyone know how can i get the older release of magic jack which came with initial magic jack device and which worked fine.

It seems after december 27 upgrade lot of people are getting "waiting for proxy registration" error. So i was thinking about downgrading magic jack to see if it works. So Does anyone know how can i get the older release of magic jack?
