I have taken mj out reinstalled it, used the "magicfix" even reformatted the phone. After reformatting the phone I get a very clear call for about 20 seconds then it starts all over again. Has anyone else had this problem? I am using a laptop with windows vista, the internet connection is through a wireless broadband card. If anyone has any suggestions or fixes I would greatly appreciate it, the problem is the same if I use a telephone or the soft phone that installed on the computer. Hello, I have tried to resolve this with the tech support on the mj website but that was unsuccessful. I just got a magicjack, I can make and receive calls but the calls always break up, that is I can hear parts of words and the person I am talking too can hear parts of words but that is about it I have taken mj out reinstalled it, used the "magicfix" even reformatted the phone.
