MJ - Cannot make calls from my telephone anymore!???

Hey Gang,

Problem here! I was using MJ and it worked fine. About 10 days ago, I went to use it... cannot use the telephone (physical) to dial out... no dial tone, and cannot punch in the numbers using the keypad on the hard phone itself.. (nothing happens!?

I switched over to the softphone, manually typed in the numbers - phone rang and the person answered... however, they cannot hear me obviously as I do not have a mic.

Any ideas why ALL of a sudden the phone doesn't work?

Isolate the problem.

Does it ring when you call your MJ # from anothr phone?
Try a different phone.
Try MJ into a different computer, MJ doesn't 'install', it just loads the SW.
Run MagicFix at the MJ website.
