They can hear me but I can't hear them!

I just installed magicjack a few days ago, and I have a problem. When I make or receive a call, The person on the other line can hear me, but no sound comes through my computer speakers. I have a vista laptop with built in mi and speakers.

Open your volume control and make sure nothing is muted and that the volume slide is turned up. Also open your MJ softphone and click menu, then volume/headset control and make sure it is set to headset not telephone.
