Please please help me!

I have had Magic jack now for a couple of months. Not really had any problem that could not be solved except until now. I noticed that my Magic jack tends to show my computer down so I took a computer that my neighbor threw to the curb and formatted it and decided to use my Magic jack on that one so I could have my top speed back on my favorite computer. It just made sense to me to do it this way. I have both computers side by side and running off of a KVM 2 Port switch so I only have to use one monitor at all times. I took the Magic jack off of my favorite computer and loaded it on to the computer that I just did a format on. It loaded just fine and rings in and out. ((My problem is this)) When I look at my soft phone on the computer that I just loaded to the formatted computer? It's not showing the advertisements on the left hand side where it would normally have the message about the International calling and what not. My AOL Tab, My Yahoo tab and my Weather tab give me a Error each time I click on to any of them. This is the Error I get each time I click on to any of them. I get a pop up that says... (((Error opening URL: The file-name, directory-name, or volume label syntax is incorrect))). Keep in mind that the Soft phone rings in and out with no problem. Everything else works fine on it. I would just like to get the web browser services that come with my soft phone to work with it. I have done the upgrade twice now. I have tried all 4 different ports and with each one and a full shutdown and boot up again? I have contacted the Magic jack so called LIVE HELP? (LOL) I wont touch that one after dealing with a bot for 40 minutes. The same exact thing happens. Can anyone please help me or is this just something that will never work? I have XP Pro, I have the XP service pack 2 installed, I'm running Internet Explorer 7 and I don't have a firewall enabled or any anti-virus software on this computer at this time. I checked my device manager and nothing has a yellow question mark at all and I'm not running any other kind of web browser such as Fire fox or anything like that. You may consider this reponse defeatist....hope not.

I use Free AOL software for my email---carefuly configured as I like it, connect to the net via warpsspeed broadband. I get the same error message U do when I click on AOL within the MJ interface. But so what? I do what I have alwyas done, Use my Systray AOL icon to open & sign onto AOL. end of story.

There is no reason to have to employ yr MJ interface to do this.....or, with Yahoo, right?

Sounds like port 80 is being blocked on the dumpster dive computer.

If all the second computer is for is the magicJack, why install AOL and Yahoo etc?
