I have 2 mj's, one doesnt work

I have 2mj's one upstairs and one down. The main mj downstairs works great, the other gives me an error3. If i get it to work the ds gives me error3. Anyone have the same prob.

When you swap them between computers, what happens?

What is the version number of the non-working MJ, and is it the same as your working MJ? You can get that here. I'm running 1.80.446.1.

You can always try there chat "support" http://tinyurl.com/mjsupport which it seems is hit or miss - sometimes you get a guy or gal with a script, and sometimes you can get someone who actually can tech support you. If you have problems ask to be escalated, and keep your cool. Remember, for $47 you can't expect Cadillac support. You can only expect Yugo levels.

So it looks like you can only get one magicjack working at a time.
Very weird.
Have you been able to get them both working since your post?
Please update your situation, and give more info (ISP, Computer specs, etc.).
I am thinking of getting another magicjack and would hate to have something like this happen, hopefully we will get a fix and more understanding about this problem.

hell, it might even be simple.

i wouldn't be surprised if they look at the IP address, and limit it to one mj per IP

doesn't their ads say business can use multi mj for more phone lines?

do they ever say how to do it?
