How do I retrieve voicemail via phone with MJ?

you can retrive your voicemail by dialing your mj number on any phone. at the welcome message press * then enter your password (default is 1234)

???? I only get emails of the message.

Try tech chat and ask them to reset your account. Its most likely a problem with the account.

Do you mean that I should be able to retrieve voice mail by dialing my MJ number from any other telephone, then enter *, <password> after I'm put into voice mail (after four rings)? If so, this doesn't work for me either -- I can only retrieve voice mail by dialing my own number from my MJ phone. Am I doing something wrong, or did I misunderstand you? Thanks,
