making a call

I dial a call and instead of a connection, I get three short beeps, then silence. I redial, then call goes through.

This happens occasionally.

Yes, this happens sometimes, the control panel says Trying for about 30 seconds, then 3 beeps, then Ready to Call again.
I made 5 test calls today, 4 connected normally, 1 had choppy pulsating audio.

That may be a bandwith problem with a variable speed in your Internet connection.

I notice this if I have a lot of programs running, or windows open, creating a slower connection while online.

Shut some programs and windows...and then it works fine, better call quality. People have also noticed this if I am on a call and online at the same time.

I really don't think this is a hardware or network problem with regard to MJ.
