MagicJack not working with ZoneAlarm Firewall on High

This just started happening in the past few days, maybe the latest update has something to do with it.
If I set ZoneAlarm Internet Security firewall to medium, MJ works fine, if on High it gets dial tone then gives the proxy registration error.
I've already patched ZA for the MS bug from last month.
I'm guessing I can leave ZA on high if I know what services / ports to allow in a Custom High setting, but I really don't know what to tell ZA to permit.

Any ideas,

From the MJ FAQ:

magicJack uses port 5060 and 5070 UDP.

I don't remember, but I suspect that ZA on high blocks all UDP.
