MagicJack Keeps shutting down

Hi,
I have had some great advice from this Forum in the past, hope you can help me once again. My MagicJack Keeps shutting down. I have to restart my computer (works 50% of the time) or unplug MagicJack from my Computer for 30 Seconds and plug back in for it to re start (Works 75 % of the time). When I do get it working again, it will be down within a half hour. The MagicJack will work great for 2 Days then give me 3 days of this type of headache. I have done the MagicJack update and customer service cannot help me. Has anyone else had these kinds of issues and how did you resolve these issues??
Any help will be appreciated.
