magic jack with talk switch

hi guys...
I have magic jack that i use with my talkswitch (pbx) because it has 2 lines that i can connect.One for MJ and one for ATT,so far it works good but my talk switch have the option to call bridge the 2 connections and dial international numbers.Here is how it works i dial my ATT number and auto attendant answers and i have to enter password for callbridge,once i do that on my cellphone i hear dial tone and brings up the magicjack window ,but i can't type the number unless i press 1 digit with my computer keyboard and then i can enter the rest with my cellphone to MJ.If someone know how to fix this please letme know or if there is way when the softphone comes up automatically to enter 1 or more digits.I check my PBX so many times but no luck...Thanks in advance

I also have a TS480, and I too have the same problem. I can't get thet 2 lines to work together.

yeah it sucks ,i guess this problem is related with these people who have problem dialing with regular phone,cose i read some post and it looks like it.
would be nice if someone who is programer to figure out how to when MJ detects that the hand set has been picked up automaticaly to enter single digit and then enter the rest numbers with the phone
