Couldn't find anyone else with this problem.
MJ is working (can make and receive calls) but the quality of the incoming audio is terrible.
People can hear me fine (and I have called my cell phone to test the quality of the outgoing audio which is excellent) but incoming audio is very choppy. This is true when using MJ on both of my computers.
Anyone with this problem or a solution? I've already deleted mjusbsp and the MJ entries from my registry.
Could it be my bandwidth?

Yes, before posting my issue I set the priority for the magicjack.exe process to high (confirm that this is done each time the MJ is rebooted) and set processor scheduling to background. Sorry to have forgotten to post that.
Just called home and confirmed that the audio from the MJ is crystal clear (could hear the wife fine). But the audio into the phone using the MJ is very choppy (she couldn't hear me).
Its just odd to me that it works going out, but not going in.
