Help with newbie MJ

Hello Everyone,
Boy I'am I happy I found this Forum. First of all please be patient with me I'am not that computer savy. Anyway the problems that I'am having with my MJ is first: Not all calls are coming through, I answer and nothing but dial tone. Second it seems to be broadcasting on my computer speakers instead of through thr phone, very strange. Again if you could direct me to some possible solutions any help is very much appreciated. :)

Try going to your soft phone and go into the menu. Under volume/headset control make sure its set to phone and not headset/other.
