MJ won't boot. Outline of MJ appears with an error message in red: Storage is Broken. And that is as far as I can go. Tech chat as usual is useless. They did promise to send a replacement-that was a month ago and still no replacement.
Anyone else know about this, for me, new problem?

The fix for this is on their web site, it happens to me all the time, usually when I'm having to shut down/reboot my PC.
Open Windows Explorer. Find the second magicjack drive letter, and click on it. Windows should come back and say would you like to format this drive. Go ahead and format it. (make sure it is the 2nd drive). Do a full format, not a quick format. After that, restart MagicJack. You will have to reauthenticate your email and password. It should work.
