mj slow and can't make calls new error "3"

Help!!! thought this was going to be easy. Installed magic jack. took forever to come up. did the upgrade. softphone comes up, I get a dial tone, try to dial softphone stops responding. If I wait forever it comes back up, but no matter what I do it stops responding. Everytime I move my mouse it stops responding or I get error "3". Unplug it comes back up ready to make a call. move my mouse stops responding. I have talked to tech support. and did everything I already tried like they asked but that was no help. Can u help?

Are you using a usb mouse? If so try a different usb port for each device eg: mouse plugged into back of pc and magicjack plugged into front. Are your usb ports 2.0? Or you can try using a powered usb hub.
