As is, no.

Some people have had limited success running more than one MJ using virtual PCs.

didn't magicjack advertising say business could replace their phones with multi magicjacks connected to one computer?

Yes, you can use as many magicJacks as you would like on the same computer, but only one magicJack at a time.
