MJ hangs in the middle of a call/program doesn't respond

please help...

is mj really compatible with vista? it's odd that whenever i make a call it always hangs. it's really frustrating. everything else stops. whenever i try to click the softphone after i lost my call it always says "not responding" and i can't close it not unless i restart my laptop.

i contacted their live support and asked me to do some stuffs but it's still the same. i also get the warning message whenever i plug it in (warning: please plug the magicjack in the usb port)

i've tried plugging the mj to another port, formatting, upgrading but it still hangs. please help. thanks so much in advance.
