MY T5710 give BSoD when MJ in USB anytime.

I'm trying to search for the post regarding TC 5710 showing the BSoD when the MJ gets plugged into the USB port.

is it as simple a fix as just needing an updated USB driver for the TC, or more RAM and DOM size?

I can't find the post, just a lot of others mentioning the BSoD with Vista,
but this is the TC using XPe SP2, the Image from HP web site. (latest one)

anyone have the link to the post, or remember if there's a fix?

I am pretty sure I remember it was HolmanGT who posted a fix on this. But I couldn't find it using search here either; but google came thru! I found the following on another site with the info and it was the usb driver issue. The post on the other site is by Holman also!

Humm good question I haven't tested them since I applied the changes. In fact I am not even sure of the best way to do that.

maybe to test it, either use a benchmarking program, or just count the seconds yourself, but a USB Stick Drive can be used to test copying a large file, maybe 1GB with the changes to the USB ports and then back to the original way it was as Enhanced USB... and see if it's faster that way

I'm guessing the Enhanced 2.0 will be faster from the Standard.
