My friend can't call my MJ # from her landline (insight com)

Just changed my magicjack #. I can call to my mj# from my cell and other land line (windstream). But my friend who has insight communications (cable co phone) can't call my magicjack. They tried 7 digit #, area code + #, or 1 + area code + #. Should she call her phone company regarding this or is it a magicjack issue?

Probably phone company issue. I read here in the past some phone company's have an issue with MJ. But most get resolved.
