MY PHONE WONT RING!

WHEN RECIEVING A CALL MY PHONE WONT RING. I HAVE CALER I.D. ON MY TELEVISION AND IT SHOWS WHO IS CALLING, OR I HAVE A PLUG IN WALL PHONE ( NOT A CORDLESS) AND IT WILL RING BUT NOT MY CORDLESS PHONES. ALSO I HAVE ALOT OF STATIC![/list]

I'm going to keep an eye on this thread. I received my MJ yesterday and have spent 2 or 3 hours working with the MJ support. They may be getting this thing sent back to them soon if we can't resolve it. I can call out fine. Incoming calls are sent straight to my voicemail. I'll check back from time to time to see if perhaps someone has suggested a fix on your thread.

I'm having the same problem too. Even installed all updates but still phone wont ring, but caller ID does show through

T260762036, it's not polite to yell. Maybe the cause is the very configuration your not mentioning in your post. Maybe you should take some time to detail your setup. How is it, you have it hook up to the tv and another phone. There lies your static problem. How can anyone help you with such a vague question.

You need to try another phone. I have the Uniden model EX18560, 5.8 GHz and this phone rings perfectly. There are some phones that have this problem (won't ring).
