I was using my magaic jack very smoothly.. but since last 4 days i am getting this error.. Starting please wait. when i am inputting any number it says waiting for proxy registration and after sometime it displays error3 please connect to the internet. I dont knw it happened all of sudden. i tried formatting my magic drive. but still getting the same error
Contact the tech support folks and ask them to "refresh" (aka, reset) your account. This happened to me and nothing I did would fix it until they did the "refresh." They might make you jump thru a few hoops first (remove the MJ, insert the MJ, upgrade, etc) but in the end, the reset will fix it.
