Important Information!

I have a Sonicwall router, and by default Enable SIP Transformations is checked off.

With its checked off MagicJack does not work. When I disable it it works fine.

So maybe you guys should check to see if you have this and disable it. May solve alot of problems..

This is why I always suggest bypassing the router and hooking up the rj-45 straight to the modem if your having problems. The problem is, most people fail to read the router, modem or even there computer manual. They can't be bothered to learn such things. The magicjack is really for the PC savvy people, and not for those that lack pc knowledge. Anyone can have VOIP on their pc for free but few have the patients to set it up. I am amazed at how many people send this back because they lack the competence to set it up.
