Can I send a MJ to Australia?

Here is my question? I want to give a MJ to a friend in Australia. Should I activate it in the US before sending it or can she activate it in Australia?

Yes, Activate it here and select the area code/phone# for it.

That way you know it works before you mail it and you will know the phone number to dial to call them.

I also hear, using the MJ "down-under" makes it work in reverse...

like the toilets water going in a counter-clockwise motion.

instead of clockwise like USA

so, if the magicjack doesn't work in USA it does work perfectly in australia

make sure you send a broken one there, and it will work perfectly down-under.
