windows and mac os x 10.5.5

hi i need help here is my problems with my magicjack on my mac and windows. When we got the magicjack it worked flawlessly until last week.

1) when i plug in the magicjack we have to put in the username and password everytime we use the magicjack.
2) since last week using my macbook i get an error 3 message and it says "please connect to the internet even if i am already connectoed to the internet"even if i put it the username and password correctly.

Hope somebody can help me with my problem
