I've had my magicjack for over thirty days now, and knock on wood no magicjack problems.

Sound quality is good, unless I am running emule, or one of the media extenders. When I start pulling high amounts of bandwidth it does get choppy. Otherwise there is 5 computer pulling from my hub 3 wireless 2 wired, ordinary surfing does not seem to affect it to much. Have also noticed It get choppy when printing to network printers.

I am thinking of changing all connections on my network over to the 1000mb, figure this will let the intranet computers talk better without affecting the magicjack.

I bought the 3 extended years with my magicjack, 110 dollars for the magicjack and phone service to 2013. if it keeps working the way it has for the last month, there is no reason for me to complain.
