How do I order a 2nd year

Post by ArvinMeyer »

Subject says most of it. I can't find out how to get my password, or anything else about my original order.

I was able to add the second year and pay, but there was no way to change my password. So I'll need to go through this again.

ArvinMeyer,

Would you expand on your post, I don't think I follow you. You paid for your second year. What is the part about changing your password and go thru what again?

I think he's talking about the password for the sales site. It's different (or at least it can be) from your my.magicjack.com log-in. I'm sure some/most people made them the same. Me - I use AI Roboform and generate random password for everything. Only thing that sucks about that is if I try to access a site from a different computer - I don't know any of my passwords!

SpamBox,

I also use Roboform but after a few frustrating experiences like you when on a foreign computer I broke down and purchased the Thumb Drive portable version of Roboform that I keep on my key chain.

Actually I don't know how anyone can keep their head on straight without Roboform. Between different forums, M$ sites and my on-line financial dealings there is no way in hell I could keep up with the User IDs and Passwords.

On those rare occasion when I manage to leave my portable Roboform at home, well I might as well go to the house because I can't get into anything. :?

PS - I use there "Goodsync" to keep the desktop and the thumbdrive in unison, works pretty well.

Why to buy a second year, better to wait until what happens for the year, remember the Sunrocket Company. I pay for 2 year offer and I do not have anything.

The difference, of course, is that SunRocket was like $199/yr, and magicJack is $20.

My sentiments exactly.... although I do appreciate the financial boost he gave MJ so maybe we should thank him for increasing the odds they will have a second year.
