911 problems? Anyone else have it besides me?

I started with MJ last week, and 911 seemed to be OK. (Had a yellow button on the softphone.) Now the button is red, and the only choice of address is the one I said it should be. When I go to mymagicjack and click the red button a page comes up that says it couldn't connect with the server. Any ideas? I've had this problem for several days.
