We bought new computers that now run vista 64bit, and when trying to install the J2 messenger that is necessary for us to view the faxes that they send to our email, it tells us "sorry, this program isn't made for 64 bit vista".
Now I know sometimes it's only some minor features that don't work while programmers get hard to work to fix it 100%, other times it's the whole thing.
Im sort of hoping someone can tell me a way to get the j2 messenger to install on our 64 bit vista computers or suggest a 3rd party program that can read their ".jfx" format that they send in, whatever it might be.
Thanks for the assist. Yes we do have free fax accounts with them, so we can't choose to have them send us the faxes in tiff files, nor would we really want to since they'd be huge in size, but anyway, free accounts don't have that option.

Update....
Im pleased to say that upon experimenting as a last ditch effort I just found out that these jfx files are nothing more than tiff files. We can now save them to our hard drives as filename.tiff and open them in any graphics program capable of viewing tiff files and view them just fine.
Hmmm, I guess that would have been too difficult for J2 to tell me in their 5 paragraph long email correspondence.
Anyway.... I wrote this here because we use the MagicJack and found out about J2 through this site so I figured someone here would know, now if someone comes along, they will know.
If you look back at my limited posting history here you'll see that I tried to get help getting our MJ to receive incoming faxes but for some reason our fax can send out but not receive through the magicjack.
