Voice skips- receiving and sending

When I talk my voice skips and when I receive, the other voice skips. These are bad skips and at times not understandable.

If your computer has a lot of processes competing for resources, setting the magicjack.exe process priority to High can help (in Task Manager, processes, right click on magicjack.exe).

If you're using wireless to connect to your router, try a wired connection. More than a few people have experienced degraded quality when using wireless.

Go to http://myspeed.visualware.com/voip/index.html and test your computer's/network's capability to perform VOIP. Provide the link to the "Detailed Analysis" page.

Begin looking at QoS. If your router doesn't support it, begin looking at Tomato firmware (google for it).
