Voice skips- receiving and sending
When I talk my voice skips and when I receive, the other voice skips. These are bad skips and at times not understandable.

If your computer has a lot of processes competing for resources, setting the magicjack.exe process priority to High can help (in Task Manager, processes, right click on magicjack.exe).[email protected] wrote:When I talk my voice skips and when I receive, the other voice skips. If you're using wireless to connect to your router, try a wired connection. More than a few people have experienced degraded quality when using wireless.
Go to http://myspeed.visualware.com/voip/index.html and test your computer's/network's capability to perform VOIP. Provide the link to the "Detailed Analysis" page.
Begin looking at QoS. If your router doesn't support it, begin looking at Tomato firmware (google for it).
