DND - Do Not Disturb ??

I recently tired the DND and notice, when someone calls me it sounds busy, with a really fast busy tone. Is this normal ? or is it supposed to be to Voice Mail ?

It's supposed to go to voicemail

Customer service fixed the problem after 5 minutes on the live chat.

You're very lucky.
Actually getting a problem fixed by going to the live chat is a rare occurrence.

Usually they just drool on the keyboard.

Hmmm.... I just tested mine calling from my cell phone and it just doesn't connect. I'll fool around with it later. Do you happen to know what they did?
