Please help!

I have 2 problems with my magicjack. The first is the servers. I finally got tech support to change the server i was connecting to and it works much better.But I would love to know how to do this manually for the future. I followed the instructions posted here and it didnt work it told me to make sure the address is correct. sO GIVE ME LAYMANS TERMS PLEASE. The other problem is I just upgraded my computer to vista and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes for the magic jack to load and be ready to use! After it does it works ok. It loaded right away on XP. I have 2 gb of memory so that isnt it.All myother programs load quickly.Any help would be appreciated. Tech support is so aggravating. Wish some one would come up with a program like magic block to change between magic jack servers!
