MJScott, thanks for information that it shipped from W. Palm Beach, FL as I suspected. It appears you paid a large shipping/handling price relative to product price. Call me frugal, but I couldn't do that. What bafles me is that my order was place on March 7 and as of March 14 it still wasn't received. Furthermore, it's not a mail problem as package is only traveling from W. Palm Beach to Jupiter, FL which is about 5 miles. Standard MJ shipping/handling costs $6.95 but postage stamp on my package shipped to MA was under $1.50. Dan should hire me to do his shipping/handling as I do it for free with these profit margins !

Delivery Nightmare
MJ-Ross, After waiting 5 weeks, I'd give up. Why haven't you simply placed another order? When the new order comes in, cancel the old order. Any credit card company will stand behind you and refuse to pay MJ for a missing order. I've now waited 10 calendar days. If it doesn't arrive today, I'll just place an additional order. If two units arrive, l simply bring latter one back to post office refusing shipment. PO will ship it back free provided package isn't opened.

I ordered on Mar 7, but didn't receive ship confirmation until Mar 13th. When it wasn't received by noon on Mar. 18, I ordered another. Coincidentially, it arrived that afternoon. So I cancelled the replacement order. It only traveled about 5 miles in the US postal system. A month ago my first unit was ordered and took only 2-3 days to travel 1000 miles via US mail. Go figure !
I ordered mine Feb 26. I never received the item although I chatted with Magic Jack customer support for 5 different days. My credit card was already charged $46.90. I'm so upset because I did not even start trying the product but they already charged me for an item that I never saw. I called my credit card bank tonight and I filed a dispute.
My Chat concerning Shipping Problems
I get the impression that English is not these folks 1st Language, so communication is difficult if not downright painful. What really got me is that he seemed to want to place the blame on the customers for not putting in their correct email & shipping address(not likely)..... anyway I tried to address some of the concerns that I have read in this thread to avoid problems when/if I decide to order.
chas: Do you have them in stock. I have heard rumors of backorders, shipping problems, customers not recieving them for over a month and some people not receiving them at all....... do I need to be concerned?

chas: AND If I don’t receive it in that time......... how hard is it to get a refund?
chas: I have heard that it can be difficult to go through the process of getting credit....... mostly just the communication part since this chat is the only real form of support.
Matt: The humors of the customers has broad reasons why all of them are happening. Some did not gave the correct address, the email address.
Matt: Some of them did the mistakes on our website that they use to order. False informations are the reasons why all of the consequences are happening.
chas: It seemed to me that the complaints I read were legit problems even though most folks did not have problems, there were many that were very frustrated with the process
Matt: Please try to double check every information that you register when ordering , so that you will avoid the consequences.
chas: I would not make a mistake with my email or shipping address and I do not feel this many folks made mistakes with theirs
