Vista laptop quit working with MJ

I had MJ working with my Vista Laptop but about 2 weeks ago, after a Vista update...it stopped.

Here is what it does:

Magicjack says ready to call. I test call someone I know and the MJ says operational (connected) but they cannot hear me or I cannot hear them. The only reason I know it is ringing and connecting at the other line is that it is the other MJ I have on my other computer.

Any idea or are others not able to use MJ anymore with Vista?
