calling cell from MJ

My cell will call MJ, but my MJ wont call my cell. I did not understand that whole * work around thing at all. Please help my simple mind.

Sure.

(Don't forget the stars)

First you dial *67
then you dial the fist number of the area code
then you dial * again
then the rest of the phone number

So, for example, if you wanted to call (206) 555-5555
then you would dial it like this:

*672*065555555
